Deeta Saravanan: Vellore DMK councillor 'Deeta' Saravanan was arrested by the police for making controversial remarks about Chief Minister Vijay outside the Puzhal Prison. Following his arrest, he was produced before the Ambattur court, which subsequently granted him bail. The court ordered his release, stating that there were no sufficient grounds to sustain the case filed against him.
