Account Deletion Policy for ShortNews
App Name: ShortNews

How to request account deletion:
- In-App: Open ShortNews App > Go to Profile > Settings > Account > Click "Delete Account" and confirm.
- Via Email / Web: If you do not have the app installed, send an email to [email protected] m with the subject "Delete My ShortNews Account" using your registered email address/phone number.
Data that will be deleted:
- User profile (Name, Email, Mobile number, Profile picture)
- Comments, likes, reward wallet coins and transaction history
- Login credentials
Data retention:
- Certain financial audit/withdrawal records may be retained for up to 90 days as required by legal/tax regulations before permanent deletion.
