Azerbaijan and Ukraine forge new energy defence and trade agreements
An Azerbaijani delegation led by its energy minister travelled to Ukraine to sign a 2026-2027 Action Plan. Bilateral talks focused on emergency winter grid equipment, joint manufacturing, and expanding European transit via the Trans-Balkan route.
